These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropFlow ("PropFlow", "we", "us"), a property-management web application available at https://propflow.creativehauz.space (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@creativehauz.space of any unauthorized access. You may sign in using email/password or Google Sign-In; see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via malware, scraping, or excessive automated requests.
Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service ("Your Content"), including properties, units, leases, tenant and owner records, invoices, and documents. You grant PropFlow a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and your workspace members. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

5. Subscription, billing, and trials

Some features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and any free trial terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Supabase (database and auth), Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), Lovable (platform and email infrastructure), and Google (Sign in with Google). Your use of those services through PropFlow is subject to their respective terms.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@creativehauz.space. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you can request export of Your Content within 30 days.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PropFlow does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice; you are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable to your business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropFlow and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PropFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PropFlow operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
