This Privacy Policy describes how PropFlow ("PropFlow", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our property-management web application at https://propflow.creativehauz.space (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

PropFlow is a property-management tool for landlords, agencies, and property managers. You can contact us at support@creativehauz.space.

2. Information we collect

Account data — when you sign in (including via Google Sign-In), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
Workspace data — content you enter into the app, such as properties, units, leases, tenants, owners, invoices, payments, and maintenance records.
Usage and device data — basic logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
Cookies — we use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Google Sign-In (OAuth)

PropFlow offers "Sign in with Google" as an authentication option, powered by Google OAuth 2.0 via our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).

When you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile information with PropFlow: your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google account identifier.
We request only the standard OpenID Connect scopes (openid, email, profile). We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
We use this information solely to create and authenticate your PropFlow account, populate your profile, and contact you about the Service.
You can revoke PropFlow's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
PropFlow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To send transactional emails (e.g. invitations, password resets, invoice notifications).
To respond to support requests.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the Service:

Supabase — managed Postgres database and authentication.
Cloudflare — application hosting, DNS, and TLS.
Lovable — application platform and email infrastructure.
Google — only when you choose Sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PropFlow, our users, or the public.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@creativehauz.space. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and Postgres row-level security so each workspace can only see its own data. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Our service runs on global cloud infrastructure. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on the safeguards offered by our sub-processors (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).

9. Children

PropFlow is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@creativehauz.space.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
